Our Process
01.
Deposit & Cancellation
FULL payment due for all Mini Sessions at booking.
$50 deposit due for all other sessions to book date.
You can change date twice without losing deposit. Third time, you will be required to pay another deposit. Reschedules must happen at least 48hrs before session.
If I have to reschedule or cancel the session, I will offer to return the deposit for you to reschedule at your convenience.
If you cancel within 48hrs, you lose your deposit. I'm open to rescheduling at a more convenient date and time.
02.
Payments
I'll send you an invoice after you have chosen your photos for edit. I accept the below forms of payment:
Zelle, ApplePay, PayPal, Cash, & Checks

Gallery Delivery
The goal is to have a sneak peak sent to you within just a few days of your session with watermarked images. Once you choose your images, please allow the allotted time for editing and delivery of fully edited images (depending on your package).
Keep that in mind when scheduling your shoot and when you actually need the images.

FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
My regular session generally take 2-3 weeks for delivery. For large celebrations, 3-4 weeks. For minis, 1-2 weeks.
Can extended family join our session?
Yes, there is an additional charge to add other family or friends. Please contact me for more details.
What if I'm outside the 10 mile radius of Chester?
Anything outside of the radius is an additional .50/mile.
Where will our session take place?
Golden sunlight or "Golden Hour" is is a must for all of my outdoor sessions. I like to start about two hours before sunset. Start time will vary depending on the season.
Most shoots take place outdoors. I'm new to VA but I'm finding several go-to locations in and around Chester. Travel is included up to 20 miles round-trip. Let’s chat about your vision and together we will find the perfect location(s) to capture your family!

Does my session come on a disk?
Not a disc, an instant download – even better!
